Eric Shriver is one of the most prominent and influential figures in the marching percussion community. He's amassed an impressive list of accolades both as a marching performer and an educator, and has used his experience to create a marching percussion approach known as The Build-Up Method. This method aims to be a simple, efficient, and effective system to building key skills as a marching musician.
In 2020, I was commissioned by Eric Shriver to develop a new branding identity for The Build-Up Method. The design brief included ensuring that the logo was professional, timeless, and versatile. We accomplished this with clean, minimal design paired with a sans-serif font that works well in virtually any composition, in print or on a screen.
